DO YOU KNOW THE BENEFITS OF RIDING?

DO YOU KNOW THE BENEFITS OF RIDING
Perhaps you've wondered on occasion if riding is a sport, this article will try to resolve those doubts.
It is a sport and is very complete, helps tone muscles, improves posture, without the multiple psychological benefits it provides.
You could say that riding is the most complete sport with swimming, helps to tone muscles such as the abdominals, buttocks and back. In addition, the rider improves balance, posture and mobility. When a person participates in riding, the good posture required helps immensely to avoid possible future muscle injuries.

It is also very remarkable that this is a cardiovascular exercise, which can reach levels that require the same effort as running or cycling.

SUMMARY OF PHYSICAL BENEFITS PROVIDED BY RIDING
The muscles of the back, legs, abdominals and buttocks strengthen
It helps us to improve our balance and coordination
Cardiovascular benefits, strengthening the heart and burning calories
Helps a good posture.

PSYCHOLOGICAL BENEFITS
When riding we stay focused, so it helps us to disconnect from day to day and take away the stress. It is a sport that is often practiced outdoors and allows direct contact with nature.
We do have more self-control, self-esteem and confidence in ourselves. You have to be controlling a horse, which acts unpredictably, helps us in our daily life to meet the challenges.
Another advantage is that you can practice at any age.

If you love animals and don't know horses yet, it's time to change your life for the better. Come join us on one of our excursions at Argentina Horse Adventures, we have a large variety of activities for all levels.

The latest Trip Advisor review,,,, AMAZING

AMAZING!!!!!!! 5 out of 5 *
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2015 NEW via mobile

This was one of the most unique and amazing experiences I have ever had!!! I can not express enough how incredible this day trip to Colonia was. David was an exceptional guide being with us from our hotel pick up to drop off. The ease of the transfer process coupled with David's stories made the transit to Colonia and back a seamless and enjoyable experience.

At Colonia before the ride, David took us down a cobble stone alleyway where a we enjoyed the most unique lunch experience. The hidden away gem of a restaurant was completely off the beaten track, layered with personality and hosting home made jams, relishes, wheels of cheese, drying chorizo sausage and fine wine bottles. You would never find this place if you didn't know it was there. The meal itself that David had selected for us we devoured with ferocity given how delicious it was.

After lunch we were taken to a farm where the riding adventure began. We saddled up in some real gaucho saddles and started the journey through rolling hills and farm lands of soy. The horses were impeccably trained and responded to every command given. The scenery of the farm lands was breathtaking but was surpassed when we got to the beach. The flattest waters and beach sands imaginable spread out in front of us and we got to experience it all galloping across them in the sun set. The feeling coming from a galloping horse in this setting was of pure adrenalin, freedom, excitement and happiness. I can only compare it to skydiving. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

I can above and beyond recommend this tour for any horse lover. From beginner to experienced this trip is for you!
